Ben Garcia
Ben Garcia has been in the mortgage industry since 2008. He moved to Arizona from New Mexico in 2002, and calls Chandler home beside his wife, Dyan, and daughter, Zoey. Ben is a huge fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns, and Arizona Cardinals.

Having a history of excellent customer service and knowledge of what is available to homebuyers has served Ben well with very happy clients. He strives to be upfront, honest, thorough, and available for every customer he works with. Ben really enjoys working for Fairway because the company gives back more than any other company he has ever seen. He believes that working with Fairway is more of a privilege than a job.

John Kean
John Kean was raised in northern Missouri and majored in business marketing at Central Missouri State University. After college, a desire for a change of scenery brought John to Arizona. He has lived in the Valley of the Sun for the past 12 years along with his wife and two daughters, enjoying all that Arizona has to offer.

John’s primary objective when working with his clients is to obtain the best debt strategy to create long-term wealth. He takes the time with each client to analyze different down payment options and discuss the key benefits and drawbacks of each program. John strives to ensure that every client has a clear understanding of their financing and that they walk away from their transaction knowing how to maximize their credit and purchasing ability for future transactions.

John is a true lover of the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling. He is also very passionate about charity work and volunteering in his community.
