Jackie Jones
Jackie has 30 years of experience in the Optical field. She has been employed at Joel H McGahen OD‘s for the last 15 years and is an expert in the latest lens technology, from Digital lens designs to blue light blocking lenses. Her vast years of knowledge from both the manufacturing and fabrication side and a thorough understanding of optics, Jackie can assure you a perfect fitting frame every time. Connie Wisler
If you’re a diabetic or experiencing medical issues, Connie is the one you will be seeing. She has been with Joel H McGahen OD since 1995 and has been trained all areas of Joel H McGahen OD‘s office. She started her career as a receptionist then cross trained to become an optician. In her current position Connie is Dr. McGahen’s right hand, handling all testing procedures and communicating with your family doctor and specialist.

Marsha Miller
Marsh is another long timer to Joel H McGahen OD‘s office and has been serving in the capacity of a dispensing optician and technician for the last 16 years. A graduate of Central Pennsylvania College, Marsha received her training in Optometric Technician program.From adjusting and dispensing glasses to helping our patients with Visual Field Testing and Retinal Scans, you will find Marsha multitasking in the many facets at the office. Marsha is also a busy mother of 4 children.

Kelly Gray McGahen
Having worked alongside of Dr. Joel H. McGahen since the beginning in 1987, Kelly brings years of experience to the practice. The majority of her time these days is spent handling insurance claims for patients and coordinating care. Please feel free to call her at the office if you have any questions or concerns.

Kimberly Welsh
Kim has been serving as Joel H McGahen OD‘s receptionist for the last four years. Having had previous training in optical dispensing you will frequently see her helping in the dispensary area. Kim coordinates all patient insurances and scheduling.
