This is a Two-Step Process - RESERVE and then PAY: CLICK HERE to RESERVE your exhibit table for ICC "Cocktails & Conversation" 6/8/04 - Wynkoop Brewing Company, 1634 18th Street, Denver, CO. DESPITE THE LINE in that form that says "you are not required to pay for admission," you STILL NEED TO PAY $75 for the exhibit table. This is a bug in the software. When you reserve your exhibit table, make sure you enter a description of your product in the "Business Description" field, so attendees will know about your business or organization. CLICK HERE to PAY for your exhibit table. But you also need to make sure you have done the above REGISTRATION to actually get your table set up. If you wish to register ONE ADDITIONAL PERSON to attend and work your table, you or they should register the additional name separately at THIS SPECIAL PAGE and enter the word EXHIBITOR in the OPTIONAL CODE field of the registration form. You would be hard pressed to find a quality exhibiting opportunity for $75. But that is what we are offering you at the Wynkoop Brewing Company on June 8th. The Rockies Venture Club is also participating in this networking only event and so we expect this to be a sell-out gathering. We only have a limited amount of space available. You'll be sharing a 6 foot table with another exhibitor. We won't be able to provide electricity or phone service at this event. We provide a small sign with your corporate name to be displayed on your table. We cannot attach banners to the walls. You may come anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to set up your exhibits and be ready for the public to arrive at 5:30 p.m. The room we are meeting in is the Mercantile Room on the main floor in the northwest corner of the building near the street facing Union Station. It's to your right when you enter and around the bar. There'll be a sign outside the entrance to the room. As soon as you register, you will be added to the Internet Chamber announce list and will receive e-mail program updates periodically.
